This website is the product of a need that came
up when my wife and I bought into a deluxe RV Park and other owners
wanted me to rent their lot for them while they were away. This request
did not fit my criteria since I too, wanted to travel. I searched
the web finding no sites catering to the needs of RV Lots For Rent or
Sale. I built this site in 1999 and it has climbed to the top.

Basic rates: It is my
intention to make advertising and the upkeep of this website a simple process
and hopefully I have come up with a good plan. The rates are very reasonable.
For Sale By-Owner Ads or For Rent By-owner are only $49 for two years. For
Sale or Rent Commercial Ads are only $69 per year. RV's For Sale are listed
until sold.
A Commercial ad is classified as
a "Commercial Ad" with more than one unit per ad.
You can't get a better bang for
your buck. Pictures, Logo's and Hotlinks for all ads are only $5 each. You can
also advertise with a Banner Ad on the Home Page or the Lead Page in a certain
section.
We also have RV's For Sale at only
$49 until sold. Campgrounds For Sale and Campground Memberships For Sale are
only $49 until sold.
Advertisers have asked me to create Banner Ads and Custom
Display Ads for their use because the website has become so popular they were
willing to pay a higher premium for this service. Therefore I have added
Feature
Ads and Banner Ads.
RV Dealers and Campgrounds Managers can place Special Feature Ads at the
top of the particular section pages in their state. These ads are only $49
forever!

MAKING CHANGES TO EXISTING AD:
Any changes to an existing ad will incur a charge of $15 after 30 days. However
renewals are $49 for a "by-owner" ad and $69 for a commercial ad. Please see the
terms for your ad to see if it has expired.

Only $49 until sold. RV Property is gaining in the ranking
and we have enjoyed more interest in RVs for sale. You have a good chance of someone
needing a RV when they come to the website for other reasons and will see it
because we get approximately 10,000 hits per month. RV Property is ranked at the
top of most search engines in many categories. We are the only website to

Beware of Scams.
In July of this year, I placed an ad on your website for an RV lot. We have had
numerous responses to the ad, but I am writing you concerning the most recent
one, received via e-mail on November 28, and a subsequent follow-up, received
today (November 30). They have come from a person named Dylan Dodai, e-mail
address
dylandodai@yahoo.com. It is obvious by the wording of the messages that
English is not Mr. Dodai's first language, and I don't know where he is
physically located, i.e. whether in the U.S. or elsewhere.
The first e-mail was just an inquiry about the lot, to which I briefly
responded, but the second message, in reply to my response, has my husband and
me a little suspicious, because he wants to send us a "cheque" for the lot
without any negotiation or even mention of the price (when he asked in his first
message if the price was negotiable), wants all our contact information in order
to do so, and will send his "shipping agent for the pick up the goods at your
location". I have no intention of sending him our physical address, etc.
Advertising Policies:
Basic Ads
- I am pretty liberal with counting the words in an ad. The final judgment
as to how many words are used will be mine. You will be notified if too many
words are submitted with the Ad. Additional pictures can be added for a
$5 fee. Please check
Category
at top of page for correct cost. Additional pictures, hotlinks and logos are considered enhancements to the ad and require an additional fee. See
Enhancements prices above.
Changing the Ad
- Enhancement charges will apply for changing the make-up of your ad after the initial 30 days. Changing the ad
50% will be considered as a new ad.
You are allowed to change wording and contact information for $15.
Free
Listings -
We offer free ads for certain things that are more of a service to our visitors.
The categories that qualify for these ads are; Public Campgrounds, RV Dealers and
Park Model Dealers. The listing will include name,
location and phone only and other necessary information as interpreted by
RV Property for the explanation of the subject. Hotlinks, logos, pictures,
e-mail and other
enhancements must be paid for.
Pictures -
Pictures should be sharp and clear. You may e-mail them or send them
by snail mail. Pictures can be digitized or printed.
RV Clubs - Not-for-profit RV Clubs
are welcome to list a description of their club and a hotlink to their website
free. We reserve the right to edit information. Commercial RV Clubs must use the
Special Ad format. The cost is $29 one-time fee.
Link Exchange

RV Property is willing to exchange links with another website relative to the subject of RV interest. Please email your URL and we will inspect the site for reciprocal benefit.
We will place your hotlink in an appropriate place on the website.

Errors: Publisher's liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising that it publishes or from its failure to publish any advertisement that it has agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount it actually received in consideration for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question.
