Walking distance or bicycle ride to Manitou Lake for fishing, picnicking, paddle boarding or canoeing or walk/bicycle ride on a paved trail that takes you all the way to WP town. Convenient to dining, shopping, laundry services, and a golf course in WP. Check out Mueller State Park, the historic casino town of Cripple Creek, or travel north to Deckers or west to eleven-mile reservoir for award-winning fly fishing rivers or adventurous river rafting in Buena Vista, atv trails abound, as well as east to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs – all within a 30 minute drive in any direction (Buena Vista is 75 minute drive). Sorry no dogs allowed, as I would like to keep the natural environment of the wildlife that frequently are seen around the property.

The lot is fenced, but we prefer no pets. Owner’s partner lives next door.
