Another type of membership is one that has no particular campground association attached and simply gives it's RV membership discounts at participating campgrounds. You sign-up or join by the year and start using the privileges without further adieu.

The advantage of joining a discount camping club is the simplicity of it's rules. It is not necessary to have a Home Park. You don't have to pay thousands of dollars for a home park in order to take advantage of discounts at member parks. An annual fee allows you to participate in discount campground fees. Join a club, use it and save.
