1999
Tropi-Cal
1999 Tropi-Cal handicap
accessible RV, with 53,892 miles. This coach is modified for a user who
travels with an attendant, but can be further modified for single user
use. The lift door and lift controls currently need to be operated
manually, but I see no reason why adaptations could not be made to make
them electronically operated from outside the coach.
Features include the
following: Ford 6.8L V-10 engine, with Banks Power; One slide, in
living area; Ricon heavy-duty wheelchair lift, capacity 800 pounds; four
tie-downs in living area; The sleeping area was adapted for using a
hospital lift by removing the too-small shower to add space for
maneuvering the lift, and a cut-out was put under the bed to accommodate
the lift; Generac 5500W generator; B&D Spacemaker coffee pot and
Dust-buster; Atwood gas furnace (two-zone) and gas range; GE
Microwave/convection oven and three-burner stove-top; electric steps;
Voyager rear camera; GE color TV in front; smaller color TV in rear, for
antenna or cable; Dometic three-way refrigerator/freezer; Autopage
Security System; two air conditioners, front and rear; front tire
inserts to prevent tires from collapsing if a flat occurs; new 40 gallon
propane tank; outside shower.
Earlier this year had
40-point dealer inspection, which also fixed some minor problems, and
the engine passed State emissions control on May 14.
Price reduced to
$50,000. Will consider partial trade for currently licensed sports car
or touring motorcycle in good shape.
Arrangements can be made
for delivery – you pay for my time and gas, and I will drive it anywhere
within the continental US.

Pray for Our Nation
Our Founding Fathers believed devoutly that there
was a God and that the inalienable rights of man were rooted—not in the state,
nor the legislature, nor in any other human power—but in God alone.
—Tom Clark, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court
It is impossible to rightly govern the world
without God and the Bible.
—George Washington, first American president
