30-foot excellent condition with multi-lift Class A Beautiful FR3
$59,500 Or best offer!
2015 Forest River FR3 30 FOOT CLASSA HAS ONLY 16 K on it. It is in excellent condition and comes with an Accessories Unlimited multi-lift to get d isabled people into the motorhome. These lifts are easy to use and can put you on the couch or the passenger’s seat. I also used the multi-lift to get me into our hot tub.
This RV sleeps 7 and will take up to a king-size mattress in the bedroom. I am 5 foot 10 And we have small wheelchair for you to get around in it. Nice kitchen with convection microwave and a complete propane stove.
If someone doesn’t want or need the handicap lift, then I would deduct 2,000 off the price.
This RV is pretty simple and is easily worked on by many Dodge truck dealers. That keeps the price down, unlike diesels where chassis problems go to Freightliner and engine work needs to go to Cummins. The bills can be quite high compared to maintaining this RV. Excellent condition in and out.
Won’t last long (hopefully).

RV, Winnebago Adventurer, Wheelchair Accessible
Naperville – about 40 miles West of Chicago, IL
My sister was seriously injured in a car/fire engine accident when she was 29 years old which left her a quadriplegic for the next forty-two years. Sadly, she passed away on May 18th. She loved life and always loved to travel, but was unable to do so because of the medical equipment that she required and the difficulty of getting her in and out of bed at hotels. An RV with a Hoyer Lift was the only answer. We took only two vacations, both to Washington DC, before she passed away.
We purchased this 2004 Winnebago Adventurer equipped with a wheelchair lift in the fall of 2015. During our search, we discovered that RVs equipped with a wheelchair lift are very difficult to find, especially at a reasonable price. We had to fly all the way to Bangor, Maine to pick it up. We then needed to equip it with a wheelchair lockdown, a hospital bed, and a huge amount of mechanical improvements.
We paid $39,000 for the RV and spent another $33,000 on the improvements and mechanical repairs because I could not risk having mechanical problems with Cari in the RV.
I am asking only $65,000 which is $7,000 less than I have put into it. The RV is fully equipped with a master bedroom, accessible shower, lavatory, kitchen, and dinette and can sleep 4 people (including the handicapped person). The hospital bed and the couch are interchangeable. With the couch add one more sleeping space. Both the couch and the hospital bed come with the RV.
